TTN Elfatoura Configuration

Before sending your first invoices to TTN, you must configure your credentials and settings in Fatoora App.

For the Fatoora App plan, all TTN connection settings are configured in the desktop application. The web portal is used solely for account and subscription management.

TTN Credentials​

  1. Open Fatoora App
  2. Go to Settings → TTN Credentials
  3. Enter:
    • TTN Login: your TradeNet identifier (obtained from adhesion.elfatoura.tn)
    • TTN Password: your TradeNet password
  4. Check "Use Test Platform" for your first tests (recommended)
  5. Click "Verify TTN" to validate the connection with the TTN platform
  6. Click "Test credentials" to validate the credentials
  7. Click "Save"

TTN credentials are encrypted before storage — they are never accessible in plain text after saving.

Partner Configuration​

To speed up invoice entry, pre-register your customers and suppliers:

  1. Go to Partners → New partner
  2. Enter the mandatory TEIF data:
    • Partner's tax ID
    • Legal name
    • Full address

Product Catalog​

  1. Go to Products → New product
  2. Enter:
    • Product code
    • Description
    • Unit price (excl. VAT)
    • VAT rate (7%, 13% or 19%)

Numbering Settings​

  1. Go to Settings → Global invoicing settings
  2. Configure:
    • Prefix: e.g. FA-2026-
    • Starting number: e.g. 001
    • Payment terms: deadline, payment method
    • Bank details: RIB/IBAN (displayed on invoices)
