Linking
A firm can take on a company that already has a fatoora.tn account, without recreating its tax ID.
On the firm side
In Cabinet → Companies, send the request to the existing account. The request stays open until the owner answers, or expires if nobody replies.
On the owner side
The owner opens their organization, Link tab:
- they accept — a code is emailed, and they confirm it on the same tab;
- they reject;
- later, they stop the link — again with an email code.
The firm does not accept in the owner's place. After acceptance, the company appears in the Linked filter. Its invoices are signed in Fatoora App, with the USB token, and count against the firm's quota.
