Client companies

From Cabinet → Companies:

  1. Create — name, tax ID, email, phone, and address. The company becomes an organization attached to the firm.
  2. List — the table shows the number of active companies, the plan limit, and the monthly TTN quota (used / limit).
  3. Filter — all, created by the firm, linked from a fatoora.tn account, or archived. Search covers name, tax ID, email, city, and the linked account name.
  4. Archive — a company created by the firm leaves the active portfolio. A linked fatoora.tn account is not archived here: the owner stops the link. See Linking.

If the tax ID already exists on fatoora.tn, creation is refused and the screen offers to send a link request instead of opening a second account.

The TTN quota stays on the firm. An invoice sent for any client company consumes the same monthly balance.
